【摘要】 设计并开发了一种基于电子合同的网络销售系统 ,在该系统中集成了一系列包括商品多媒体信息的网络表达、商品管理、商务协同环境、供求信息发布、基于电子合同的管理模式等在内的应用服务及物流业务与公证业务的接口 ,针对客户的商务需求 ,按不同层次选择出能满足其需求的最优供应商 ,并在基于电子合同的管理模式下对该商务流程进行监控 ,直至合同完成。最后 ,以一个实例对所开发的原型系统进行例证。更多还原

【Abstract】 By use of a series of application services including the network descriptions of commodity multimedia information, commodity management, business collaboration environment, supply/request information announcing and the digital contract management, it develops a network sale system. The system realizes the notarization and material-flow business interfaces. Based on the requirements of the clients and constrain of the contract, it can select the optimal suppliers, tracks and controls the executing procedures of the business affairs.
