【摘要】 目的探讨成人直肠阴道瘘经阴道修补术的治疗效果。方法经阴道切口,在彻底切除瘘口周围瘢痕组织后修补直肠和阴道缺损,其中1例合并IV度陈旧性会阴裂伤者进行了阴道和肛门的整形术。结果4例患者均经1次手术治愈,最长随访2年,无复发。结论对于中下段成人直肠阴道瘘,经阴道修补是一种简便而又安全的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of transvaginal rectovaginal fistula prosthesis for rectovaginal fistula in adults. Methods Transvaginal incision was selected after the scar around the fistula was resected thoroughly, the defect of rectum and vagina was repaired. for the case with IV degree obsolete perineal laceration, vagina and anus plasty was performed also. Results All of the 4 cases were cured after the primary surgery without relapse through the follow-up long as 2 years. Conclusion Transvaginal rectovaginal fistula prosthesis is a simple and safe therapy for the middle-low segment rectovaginal fisrula in adults.更多还原
