【Abstract】 Basing the application and combining the production characters of a mould company ,this paper puts forward a construction of planning and scheduling.This method has two layers,the first layer is to resolve the task into process based on MRP and the second is to schedule the task into workshop based on a group of regular heuristic dispatcher rules and the scheduling is confirmed by planner finally.Through applications,this planning and scheduling system is suitable and feasible in engineering projects.更多还原
