复杂曲面数字化检测方法的研究
Research of Check Technology of Complex Surface
【摘要】 讨论了对已有CAD模型的复杂曲面的数字化检测方法,提出了重定位基准点的选择法则和对被测曲面的点云与CAD模型的对齐问题,即先对点云进行粗定位,然后利用一种改进的ICP算法对点云进行精确定位,最后提出了点到曲面的最小距离的算法,从而对复杂曲面进行数字化检测。
【Abstract】 This paper discuss a digitized check method for complex surface which has a CAD model.In this paper,the principle of choosing repositioning datum points is presented and the method how to register the measured data with the CAD model is discussed.The method is:the data and CAD model firstly are registered approximately,and then they are registered accurately based an ICP algorithm which has been enhanced.In the end, an algorithm which computes the minimum distance between a point and a surface,thereby, a complex surface can be checked.
