复杂曲面数字化检测方法的研究

【摘要】 讨论了对已有CAD模型的复杂曲面的数字化检测方法,提出了重定位基准点的选择法则和对被测曲面的点云与CAD模型的对齐问题,即先对点云进行粗定位,然后利用一种改进的ICP算法对点云进行精确定位,最后提出了点到曲面的最小距离的算法,从而对复杂曲面进行数字化检测。

【Abstract】 This paper discuss a digitized check method for complex surface which has a CAD model.In this paper,the principle of choosing repositioning datum points is presented and the method how to register the measured data with the CAD model is discussed.The method is:the data and CAD model firstly are registered approximately,and then they are registered accurately based an ICP algorithm which has been enhanced.In the end, an algorithm which computes the minimum distance between a point and a surface,thereby, a complex surface can be checked.
