【摘要】 目的　探讨血清甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶同工酶与丙氨酸氨基移换酶比值 (GPDA F/ALT)对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。方法　同步检测 10 8例肝癌和 130例不同良性肝病患者血清GPDA F与ALT活性 ,观察GPDA F/ALT在良恶性肝病的改变 ,并对肝癌患者GPDA F/ALT与甲胎蛋白 (AFP)的关系 ,以及GPDA F/ALT与肿瘤大小的关系进行研究。结果　肝癌患者GPDA F/ALT明显高于良性肝病 ,GPDA F/ALT对AFP阴性肝癌和小肝癌均有一定诊断价值 ,GPDA F/ALT对肝癌的诊断特异性和准确率均高于单项GPDA F。结论　与GPDA F相比 ,GPDA F/ALT对肝癌具有更高的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of the ratio of glyc yl proline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase isoenzyme over alanine transferase(GPDA-F/ALT )in the diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC).Methods Serum G PDA-F and ALT activities were measured and GPDA-F/ALT was analyzed in 108 pati ents with PHC and 130 patients with various benign liver diseases.The relationsh ips between GPDA-F/ALT and AFP and between GPDA-F/ALT and tumor size were inve stigated.Results The ratio of GPDA-F/ALT was significantly higher in PHC than that in benign liver diseases.GPDA-F/ALT was also helpful in diagn osis of PHC with negative AFP and of small PHC. The specificity and accuracy of GPDA-F/ALT were higher than those of GPDA-F alone for the diagnosis of PHC.Conclusion GPDA-F/ALT is more valuable than GPDA-F in the diagnosis of PHC.更多还原
