【摘要】 目的　探讨中西医结合治疗衣原体感染性尿道炎之疗效。方法　选择单一衣原体感染性尿道炎随机分成中西医结合治疗组与阿奇霉素治疗组 ,采用追踪观察方式 ,中西医结合组口服土霉素片 (OxytetracyclinTablets) 0 .5gqid(首剂加倍 ) ,共 14d ;同时自拟中药方剂 ,1剂 /d ,煎服 ,亦服 14d。阿奇霉素组口服阿奇霉素片 (AzithromycinTablets)第 1天 1.0g顿服 ,第 2日起每日 0 .5g ,顿服 ,共 7d。结果　中西医结合组治愈率为 87.9% (5 1/ 5 8) ;阿奇霉素组治愈率 85 .5 % (4 7/ 5 5 )。结论　中西医结合与阿奇霉素治疗衣原体感染性尿道炎 ,治愈率相比无统计学差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ,但中西医结合疗法更经济更实惠更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Chinese Traditional plus Western Medicine in treatment of chlamydia tachomatis intectious urethritis.Methods The patients with tachomatis intectious urethritis were divided into Chinese Treaditional combined with Western Medicine group and Azithromycin group in random.On the track of observation.The combination of Chinese Treaditional and Western Medicine group were give Oxytetracyclin tablets 0.5g po,qid first time 1.0 g for 2 weeks;and were given Chinese medicanal herb 1 doses po qd for 2 weeks.The Azithrmycin group were Azithromycin tablets 1.0 g qid at the first day,from the second day took 0.5g qd for 1 week.Results The remission rate of the combination of Chinese Treaditional and Western Medicin group was 87.9%(51/58);the remission rate of Azithromycin group was 85.5%(47/55).Conclusion The teated with Chinese Traditional combined with Western Medicine form has simlar remission rate to that of Azithromycin form in treating chlamydia tachomatis intectious urethritis(P>0.05).However,the teated with combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine is cheaper.更多还原
