【摘要】 目的　比较MRI和NPF两种方法对腭咽闭合功能的评价。方法　应用MRI和NPF对 2 0例正常发音者的腭咽闭合类型、软腭咽侧壁功能和腭咽闭合不全率进行检测并比较。结果　用两种检测方法对软腭 ,咽侧壁功能评价完全一致 ;两种方法检测的腭咽闭合类型分布完全一致 ;对两种方法分别测得到的腭咽闭合不全率进行配对比较t检验 ,结果P >0 .0 5。结论　MRI和NPF两种方法对腭咽闭合功能评价的结果是一致的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare MRI with NPF in the evaluation of velopharyngeal function of normal phonation.Methods Twenty persons with normalphonation were examinaed for the velopharyngeal type, function of claustrcon gutturis,and lateral wall of pharyngeal,using MRI and NPF.Results The evaluation about function of claustrum gutturis and lateral wall of pharyngeal by these two methods were completely consistent The velopharyngeal types observed by these two methods were completely consistent.The T test of the velopharyngeal insufficiency rate had no sigificient different (P>0.05).Conclusion The results are consistent of velopharyngeal.
