【Abstract】 Management thoughts of the east and west have their own characters, which are closely related with their different philosophy background. Besides, the development of philosophy is also influencing the development of the thought of management. This article makes comparative analysis in the philosophy thought contained in the east and west management thoughts and development to probe into the trend of mergence and development of each characteristic, and find out something inspiring to our country to some extent in the management thought and practice.更多还原
