【Abstract】 This article focuses on several aspects of job changes in the city of China since reformation in 1978. Contrast before reformation and after, we found people who applied a job showed different motivation, and the way of job acquired is also different. That is to say, the motivation was changed from obeying administrative arrangement and political believes to individual interest and opportunity of development, the way of job acquired was changed from planned distribution to individual’s free choice. In this article, we elucidated that all these changes were resulted from three transformations of social structure (modernization, market transition and social institution transformation) since 1978.更多还原
