铁基复合氧化物催化苯酚羟基化反应诱导期的研究
STUDY ON INDUCTION PERIOD IN HYDROXYLATION OF PHENOL CATALYZED BY IRON-BASE COMPOSITE OXIDES
【摘要】 以Fe-Mg-O/γ-Al2O3作催化剂,研究了催化剂用量、反应温度、醋酸加入量对苯酚羟基化反应诱导期的影响。以磷氧化物改性制备的复合氧化物Fe-AE做催化剂,水为溶剂,反应温度65℃,反应时间30min,苯酚5.3g,催化剂0.051g,过氧化氢/苯酚(摩尔比)0.33:1,溶剂水10.6g,反应诱导期仅5min,苯酚转化率21.2%,苯二酚选择性92.9%,过氧化氢有效利用率59.6%。最后推测了苯酚羟基化的自由基机理。
【Abstract】 The origination and influential factors of induction period of the phenol hydroxylation catalyzed by the supported iron-base composite oxides and modified by phosphorus oxides (Fe-AE) were used as catalyst under the following conditions: reaction temperature 65℃,reaction time 30 min, phenol 5. 3 g, catalyst 0. 051 g, hydrogen peroxide/phenol (molar ratio) 0. 33:1, and water/phenol (weight ratio) 2. 0 :1. the phenol conversion is 21. 2%, the selectivity of dehydroxy-benzene is 92. 9% and the induction period is 5 min. Finally, the double free radicals mechanism of phenol hydroxylation were presumed.
