固体超强酸催化涤纶废料制备对苯二甲酸二异辛酯的研究
STUDY ON SYNTHESIS OF DIOCTYL TEREPHTHALATE FROM WASTE TERYLENE CATALYZED BY SOLID SUPER-ACID
【摘要】 以自制的固体超强酸SM为催化剂,以涤纶(PET)废料和异辛醇(2-EH)为原料合成了对苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DOTP),最佳反应条件为:n(PET):n(2-EH)=1:3.8,m(SM):m(PET):1:8.4,反应温度为210-220℃,反应时间3h,DOTP收率可达97.2%。
【Abstract】 A new solid super-acid(SM) was synthesized, and was used as catalyst to synthesize dioctyl terephthalate(DOTP) from waste terylene(PET) and 2-ethyl hexanol(2-EH). The Results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: molar ratio of PET to 2-EH 1:3. 8, mass ratio of catalyst to PET 1: 8. 4, reaction temperature 210-220℃, reaction time 3h, yield of DOTP 97. 2 %. The catalyst SM could replace other catalysts such as Zinc acetate, tetrabutyl titanate etc. for synthesis of DOTP.
