1,1′-联2-萘酚合成工艺的改进
IMPROVEMENT ON SYNTHESIS OF 1, 1’-BI2-NAPHTHOL
【摘要】 在以β-萘酚为原料,进行三氯化铁氧化偶联反应合成1,1’-联2-萘酚的过程中,对两种溶剂(即水和甲醇-水)进行了比较。结果表明,前者为非均相反应,程序复杂,后处理困难,产率低;后者为均相反应,操作简便。当β-萘酚/FeCl3·6H2O(摩尔比)=1:1.6时产率可达到70.5%。
【Abstract】 As for the synthesis of 1, 1’-bi2-naphthol from/3-naphthol and FeCl3·6H2O by oxidative coupling reaction, two kinds of solvent (i. e. water and methanol-water) were compared. The results showed that with the former solvent, the reaction is heterogeneous, the procedure is troublesome and the yield is lower; but with the latter solvent, the reaction is homogeneous, the procedure is easier, when n(β-naphthol): n(FeCl3·6H2O)=1: 1.6, the yield of 1,1’-bi2-naphthol is 70.5%.
