丙烯酸β-羟乙酯/丙烯酸丁酯两亲接枝共聚物的合成及性能

【摘要】 用丙烯酸丁酯预聚物(PBA)与丙烯酸β 羟乙酯进行自由基溶液共聚合,得到以丙烯酸β 羟乙酯为主链, 以PBA为支链的规整性两亲接枝共聚物。产物通过萃取法提纯后,用红外光谱表征其结构。测定了丙烯酸 β 羟乙酯在不同反应时间的竞聚率;研究了共聚合反应条件对接枝效率的影响。此接枝共聚物能乳化甲苯/ 水体系,形成水包油型乳液。乳化体积随接枝物浓度增加而增加;随接枝物中PBA相对分子质量增加而下 降;当接枝物中PBA的质量分数为50%时乳化体积最大。

【Abstract】 Amphiphilic regulated graft dopolymer of poly β-hydroxyethyl acrylate with butyl acrylate prepolymer as grafting composition (PHEA-g-PBA) was prepared by radical copolymerization in solution. The graft copolymer was purified by solvent extraction and characterized with IR spectra. The competitive reaction ratio of β-hydroxyethyl acrylate was investigated. Effects of polymerization conditions on grafting efficiency were studied. The graft copolymer could emulsify toluene/water system and form O/W type emulsion.The emulsifying volume increases with the amount of the graft copolymer used; the emulsifying volume decreases with the rising of molecular weight of PBA and the graft copolymer containing about 50% of the PBA offers the largest emulsifying volume.
