Na-Na2CO3/γ-Al2O3型固体超强碱催化剂的制备及表征
PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF SOLID SUPERBASE Na-Na2CO3/γ-Al2O3
【摘要】 研究了Na Na2 CO3 /γ Al2 O3 型固体超强碱催化剂的制备方法 ,并对其碱强度、碱量和结构进行了分析测试。实验结果表明 ,采用此方法制得的固体超强碱催化剂碱强度H_≥ 4 3,总碱量 (H_≥ 35 )达到 9.0 0mmol/g ;用X射线衍射、红外光谱分析测试表明 ,γ Al2 O3 与Na2 CO3 反应生成了具有被束缚结构的偏铝酸钠 ,当加进金属Na时 ,引起Na的电子转移 ,使氧负离子上的负电荷密度增大 ,从而形成了固体超强碱表面上的高强碱中心。将该催化剂用于催化乙烯基降冰片烯 (VNB)异构化为亚乙基降冰片烯 (ENB)的反应中 ,转化率和选择性均接近 10 0 %。
【Abstract】 The preparation method for the solid superbase catalyst consisting of Na-Na 2CO 3/γ-Al 2O 3 was studied, and its base strength, basicity and structure were analysed. The results showed that its base strength is higher than H_=43, and its basicity (H_≥35) is 9.00 mmol/g. The results of its are surface layer structure analysis by XRD and IR showed that γ-Al 2O 3 has reacted with Na 2CO 3 to form sodium metaaluminate on the supporter surface, when Na was added, the electrons of Na was transferred, so that negative charge density of O 2- increased, thus the high strength base site on the solid base surface are formed. This catalyst was used in isomerization of VNB to ENB, the conversion and selectivity are both almost 100%.
