基于Web的机床组件协同分析和优化环境
Collaborative analysis and optimized environment of machine tool′s components based on Web
【摘要】 计算机支持的协同优化分析是实现复杂机械产品协同设计的一个重要环节 ,阐述了协同优化分析的思路、核心 ,构建了机床组件协同分析、优化的结构模型。针对这种结构模式 ,探讨了机床组件的有限元分析优化的协同过程、冲突和冲突消解机制以及协同过程中任务机制 ,描述了有限元分析优化过程的自动实现 ,并给出车床床身模态分析的实例。在这种模式下 ,充分体现了CAE技术在工程应用中的价值
【Abstract】 The collaborative optimized analysis supported by computer is an important link for realizing the cooperative design of complicated mechanical product. This paper expounded the thought and kernel of collaborative optimized analysis, and constructed the cooperative analytical structure model of machine tool’s components, and probed into the collaborative process of finite element analysis and optimization of machine tool′s components and the conflicts and clear-up mechanism of conflicts and the task mechanism in the course of collaboration. It described the automatic realization of finite element analysis optimized process and presented the living example of modality analysis of a lathe bed. The value of CAE technology applied in engineering was fully embodied under this mode.
