非整数阶系统可靠性模型
Reliability model of fractional-ordered system
【摘要】 零件的失效程度为 [0 ,1]之间的连续随机变量 ,系统失效程度为零件失效程度的函数 ,该函数亦为连续函数。将零件的失效程度变量与系统失效程度函数分别进行离散化 ,用离散变量代替零件的失效程度变量 ,用判定表代替系统失效程度函数 ,对文献 [1]进行扩展 ,建立了同时适用于线性和非线性累积失效系统的非整数阶系统可靠性模型。算例解释了该理论模型的使用方法 ,并用线性累积失效系统验证了该方法的正确性
【Abstract】 The failure extent of a component is a continuous random variable between 0 and 1. And the failure extent of a system is the function of failure extent of its component, which is also a continuous function. Letting a discretization of the failure extent variable of component and of the failure extent function of system be carried out respectively, using the discretevariable to replace the failure extent variable of component and utilizing the decision table to replace the failure extent function of the system and carrying out an extension on document [1],the reliability model of fractional-ordered system, which is applicable for both linear and nonlinear accumulated failure system, is established. The employing method of this theoretical model is explained by a calculation example, and the correctness of this method is verified by the use of linear accumulative failure system.
