不同螺纹下微型机器人的无损伤驱动方法
Non-damage driving method of micro-robot with different screws
【摘要】 研究一种利用螺旋旋转产生牵引力的微型机器人驱动机构。详细分析计算了微型机器人在采用矩形和梯形圆柱螺旋时的轴向摩擦牵引力和最小粘液膜厚度。通过对比两种螺纹下微型机器人的运动特性参数 ,得到了微型机器人的优化结构参数
【Abstract】 A kind of driving mechanism of micro-robot utilizing the traction force produced by the rotation of screws was studied. The axial frictional pulling force and the minimum thickness of mucus film were analyzed and calculated in detail when rectangular or trapezoidal cylindrical screw was being adopted in microcomputer. Through comparing the parameters of moving characteristics of microcomputer with these two kinds of screws, the optimized structural parameters of microcomputer were obtained.
