圆弧齿2K-V减速器的动力学建模
Dynamic modeling on arc toothed 2K-V reducer
【摘要】 主要分析了圆弧行星齿轮的时变啮合刚度和渐开线行星齿轮的啮合刚度。并建立了 2K -V型圆弧针轮减速器的动力学建模 ,结合实例求解变系数微分方程 ,获得系统的固有频率。最后通过动态特性试验验证了所建模型的正确性。
【Abstract】 The real-time meshing stiffness of arced planet gear and the meshing stiffness of involute planet gear have mainly been analyzed. The dynamic modeling of 2K-V typed reducer with arced pin gear has been established. The inherent frequency of the system was obtained by combining with a living example of the solution on variable coefficient differential equation. Finally, the correctness of the established model was verified by means of a dynamic characteristics test.
