双驴头抽油机的运动与动力特性分析
Analysis of kinematical and kinetic characteristics on double donkey headed oil suction pump
【摘要】 双驴头抽油机是将常规游梁式抽油机的游梁后臂加装后驴头 ,用驱动绳来代替连杆的硬连接 ,以满足变力臂的工作要求。它的运动与动力规律不同于一般的游梁式抽油机。为了确定双驴头抽油机悬点和各构件的运动状态及运动规律 ,建立了相应的运动和动力分析的解析方程 ,并对双驴头抽油机的运动和动力规律进行了计算 ,由编制的相应计算机程序 ,确定出抽油机在一个周期内的运动参数与动力参数的变化规律 ,为合理选择电动机、设计机械换向及平衡重提供了理论依据
【Abstract】 The double donkey headed oil suction pump is formed by adding the rear donkey head on the rear arm of moving beam of conventional moving beam styled oil suction pump and by using the driving rope to replace the hard linking of connecting rod, so as to satisfy the working requirement of variable arm of force. Its kinematics and kinetics law differs from those of the general moving beam typed oil suction pump. In order to determine the suspension point of double donkey headed oil suction pump and kinematics status and law of each component, this paper established corresponding analytic equation of kinematics and kinetics analysis, and carried out calculation on the kinematics and kinetics law of the double donkey headed oil suction pump. Using the compiled corresponding computer program to define the variation law of kinematics parameter and kinetics parameter of the oil suction pump within one period, thus provided theoretical basis for reasonable motor selection, and design of mechanical changeover and balancing weight.
