强酸性阳离子交换纤维的制备及磺化和其吸附性能研究

【摘要】 在共辐照聚丙烯纤维接枝苯乙烯的基础上,通过进一步磺化制得强酸性阳离子交换纤维。首次研究了接枝率对磺化温度、磺化时间以及交换容量的影响,探讨了溶胀剂类型、溶胀时间对离子交换纤维性能的影响。实验结果表明,当接枝率为250%时,制得的强酸性阳离子交换纤维具有最佳的交换容量和机械强度,总交换容量大于4 mmol/g,对丙氨酸的静态饱和吸附量(以干纤维计)274.8 mg/g。初步研究了丙氨酸在固定床吸附柱上的动态吸附过程。

【Abstract】 Based on the graft of styrene onto polypropylene fiber, strong acidic cation exchange fibers were prepared by sulphonated the grafted copolymer with sulfuric acid. In this paper, the effects of the degree of grafting on sulfona-tion temperature, sulfonation time, and exchange capability were researched for the first time. The effects of type of solvent and dissolved swell time on the properties of fibers were also discussed. The experimental results showed that the obtained fibers had the best exchange capability and mechanical intensity when the degree of grafting was 250% .The exchange capability was 4 mmol/g and the amount of the static saturated adsorption of alanine was 274.8 mg/g. The dynamic adsorption process of alanine on fixed bed adsorption column was studied preliminarily.
