高温油藏堵水剂的研制及评价
Preparation and Evaluation on Water - plugging Agent for High Temperature Reservior
【摘要】 针对蒸汽驱稠油油藏的高温特点,以高分子树脂为主剂,有机酚醛为交联剂,CRC为增强稳定剂,研制出了适合于高温油藏条件下应用的堵水剂,确定了堵水剂的最佳配方:高分子树脂用量10.0%,有机酚醛交联剂用量2.5%,增强稳定剂CRC用量150 mg/L。试验结果表明,该堵水剂成胶时间为8-24 h,在200℃下,堵水剂能稳定17 d以上,具有较好的耐高温性和稳定性。
【Abstract】 Aimed at the steam - flooding heavy oil reservoir, a water - plugging agent suitable for high temperature reservoir was developed with macromolecule resin as main material, organic phenol aldehyde as crosslinker, and CRC as enhancing stabilizer. The optimum formulation was determined as follows: macromolecular resin 10.0% , organic phenol aldehyde 2.5% , and CRC 150 mg/L.The experiment result showed that the gel time of the water-plugging agent was 8 - 24 h and it could exist more than 17 days under 200℃. The water - plugging agent had good high temperature resistance and stability.
