杂多化合物薄膜催化异丁烯水合反应

【摘要】 以多孔钛片为支撑体,制备了磷钨杂多化合物薄膜化催化剂,并在膜催化器上进行异丁烯水合反应的研究。结果表明,薄膜化催化剂催化活性高,在原料气流量20.9 mL/h、异丁烯与水摩尔比1:5、反应温度110℃条件下,叔丁醇收率可达78%,且薄膜催化剂的处理极为方便,不污染环境。

【Abstract】 Catalytic membrane composed of PW 12 heteropoly compound supported on porous titanium plate was prepared and used to catalyze the hydration of isobutylene in a catalytic membrane reactor. The result showed that the catalytic membrane had high catalytic activity under reaction conditions including gas flow of raw material of 20.9 mL/h, molar ratio of isobutylene to water of 1:5 , reaction temperature of 110 ℃ , with the yield of tertbutyl alcohol up to 78 % . It is very convenient for treatment of catalytic film and has no pollution to environment.
