低阳离子度交联聚丙烯酸高吸水树脂的性能研究
Study on Performance of Cross - linking Polyacrylic Acid with a Little Cationic Monomer as Superabsorbent Resin
【摘要】 以AA(丙烯酸)、HMAC(羟丙烯酰胺基已基氯化铵)为原料,NMBA(N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺)为交联剂,通过溶液聚合制得低阳离子度交联聚丙烯酸高吸水性树脂,研究了影响高吸水树脂性能的因素,并考察了其在去离子水中和NaCl、CaCl2、MgCl2溶液中的吸水性,以及高温高压下高吸水树脂的保水性。结果表明,加入HMAC阳离子单体,高吸水树脂的耐盐性增加,初始吸水速率增加,饱和吸水率下降,且高温高压下保水性增强。
【Abstract】 The cross - linking polyacrylic acid with a little cationic monomer as superabsorbent resins were prepared by solution polymerization of AA, HMAC and NMBA, and the factors affecting their performance were investigated. Water - holding performance under high temperature and pressure were investigated. The results showed that earlier absorbency rate and water - holding performance increased, saturation absorbency decreased after HMAC added.
