TiSiW12O40/TiO2催化合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛
Synthesis of Benzaldehyde Glycol Acetal Catalyzed by TiSiW12O40/TiO2
【摘要】 以固载杂多酸盐TiSiW12O40/TiO2为多相催化剂,苯甲醛和乙二醇为原料合成了苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛。研究了醛醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对产物收率的影响。实验结果表明,TiSiW12O40/TiO2是合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的良好催化剂。最佳反应条件为:n(苯甲醛):n(乙二醇)=1:1.3,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.5%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间1.0 h。在上述条件下,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的收率可达82.3%。
【Abstract】 Benzaldehyde glycol acetal was synthesized from benzaldehyde and glycol in the presence of TiSiW12O40/ TiO2. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the optimum conditions were confirmed. The optimum conditions were as follows: molar ratio of benzaldehyde to glycol 1:1.3, amount of catalyst 0.5% ( based on total quantity of feed stock) ,and reaction time 1.0 h.The results showed that TiSiW12O40/TiO2 was an excellent catalyst for synthesizing benzaldehyde glycol acetal.The yield of the product could reach over 82.3% under above optimum conditions.
