润滑油清净分散剂用纳米碳酸镁的制备
Preparation of MgCO3 Nanoparticles for Lubicant Detergent
【摘要】 介绍一种润滑油清净分散剂用纳米碳酸镁的制备工艺,指出制备工艺中的关键影响因素,如水的加入方式、二氧化碳流入速率等。所得产品为石油磺酸镁改性的纳米碳酸镁油溶性分散体系,其碱值高达400 mg KOH/g。用红外光谱及冷冻蚀刻电镜观测技术,确定产物中含碳酸镁,且粒径在40×10-9m左右。
【Abstract】 The preparation of MgCO3 nanoparticles for lubricant detergent is introduced and two key effects including the means of water addition and flow rate of CO2 etc. are pointed out. The obtained product is MgC03 nanoparti-cle oil soluble dispersion modified by magnesium petroleum sulphonate with its total base number up to 400 mg KOH/g. MgCO3 product is characterized by IR and freezing - etching electron microscope and the diameter of MgCO3 is about 40 nanometer.
