川芎嗪预防急性缺血性肾衰竭的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 :探讨川芎嗪对大鼠急性缺血性肾衰竭 (IARF)的保护作用及其可能的作用机制。方法 :采用同时钳夹双侧肾动脉 4 5min ,再灌注 2 4h建立大鼠IARF的动物模型 ,设立假手术组、造模组及川芎嗪预防组。观察各组大鼠血肌酐 (Scr)、血清尿素氮 (BUN)、血清一氧化氮 (NO)、血清内皮素 (ET)及肾脏病理的变化。结果 :与造模组比较 ,川芎嗪预防组的Scr、BUN及ET水平明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血清NO明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :川芎嗪能减轻IARF的肾脏损害 ,对肾脏有保护作用 ,其机制可能与调节ET的分泌及血清NO的浓度有关

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the protective effects and mechanism of tetramethylpyrazines(TMP) in ischemic acute renal failure(IARF).Methods:Ischemic acute renal failure model was established by bilateral clipping of renal arteries for 45min and reperfusion for 24 hours. Rats were assigned into sham, model and TMP-treated groups. Serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), nitrogen monoxide(NO), endothelin(ET) and renal pathology were analyzed. Results:Scr, BUN and ET were significantly lower in TMP-treated group than those of model group(P<0.05) while NO was significantly higher in TMP-treated group than that of model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The protective effects TMP in reducing renal lesions induced by IARF may be associated with regulation of ET secretion and serum NO concentration.
