【摘要】 试验用鸭来自康贝尔鸭和绍兴鸭的4个品系(绍白高产系、绍白大蛋系、绍红高产系、绍红大蛋系),对试验鸭测定所得的血清总蛋白(TP)应用线性模型进行方差分析和最小二乘平均数估计。结果表明:场地、品种(系)、日龄及性别对TP含量的影响极显著(P<0.01);品种(系)和日龄的互作效应对TP含量的影响达显著水平(P<0.05)。血清TP含量的最小二乘平均数为:(60.81±12.63)mg/mL。更多还原

【Abstract】 Kangbeier duck and 4 strains of Shaoxing duck (Shaobai high-yield strain, Shaobai large-egg strain, Shaohong high-yield strain and Shaohang large-egg strain)were used to determine the total serum protein by means of variance analysis and least square average estimation with linear model. The results showed: the effects of site, species(strain), day-age and sex were extremely significant on the content of TP(P<0.01); the effect of the interaction of species (strain) and dag-age was significant on the content of TP (P<0.05); the least square average of the content of serum TP was (60.81±12.63)mg/mL.更多还原
