【摘要】 江西省农民增收问题是全国农民增收问题研究中的一个重要组成部分,为了了解江西省农民增收问题研究的现状,给全国农民增收问题研究提供一个个案参考,本文对江西省农民增收问题研究最新动态进行了综合总结,得出了五个方面的研究成果,即一是对农民增收问题本质内含的认识;二是计量农民增收指标的分析,主要针对指标分类和其局限性;三是农民增收的阶段划分,包括江西省农民增收阶段和全国农民增收阶段两个层次;四是阐述有关政府部门、高校和科研机构提出的影响农民增收的主要因素;五是综述了有关政府部门和理论界对促进农民增收的政策建议方面具有代表性的观点。这些研究成果反映了江西政府各部门和理论界对农民增收问题进行了多角度、多层面的研究,笔者期望这些研究成果能够为有关决策部门决策提供有益的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Study on the growth of farmers’ income is one of the important tasks which influence development of agriculture and rural economy in Jiangxi Province. By Analysing the awareness of the matter,its major measurable indices,its influential factors and related policy proposals, the paper summarizes existing studies on growth of farmers’ income in Jiangxi, and fundamentally reveals current situation in the field.更多还原
