锥栗花粉生活力的研究
A Study on the Viability of the Pollen ofCastanea henryi Rehd et Wils
【摘要】 以26年生白露仔锥栗为试材,研究了温度、生长调节剂、硼酸等因子对锥栗花粉萌发的影响。结果表明:30~35℃温度条件最适于锥栗花粉萌发和花粉管的伸长,且低温有利于锥栗花粉的贮藏;不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)对锥栗花粉的萌发和花粉管的伸长均有促进作用,50mg/L的GA3对花粉萌发效果最好;0.1%~0.5%硼酸(H3BO3)可促进白露仔花粉萌发。
【Abstract】 The effects of temperature, growth regulator, H3BO3 etc. on the germination of the pollen of Castanea henryi Rehd et wils were studied by using Bailuzi (a local variety) as the experimental material. The results showed: temperature of 30~35 ℃ was the optimum for the germination of the pollen and the stretch of the pollen tube of Castanea henryi, and low temperature was favourable to the storage of pollen. GA3 of different concentrations enhanced the germination of pollen and the stretch of pollen tube, and GA3 of the concentration of 50 mg/L had the best effect. H3BO3 of the concentration enhanced the germination of pollen.
