【摘要】 于2000～2001年采用系统调查和面上普查相结合的方法,将盐城当地种植的常规棉品种"苏棉9号"与转Bt基因抗虫杂交棉"中棉所29"进行同比,研究分析了两类棉田间4种刺吸式口器害虫的虫量消长动态及原因,结果表明,转Bt基因抗虫棉对棉蚜等4种剌吸式口器害虫没有抗性,Bt棉上的虫量接近甚至略高于常规棉品种,两个棉花品种间部份害虫虫量的差异还达到显著水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 This test adopts system investgation and field analyse methods.By analyse and compare“Sumina"with “Zhongmian 29”("Sumian 9"is a mormal cotton varitey that plants in XinYang areas extensively,"Zhongmian 29" is a kind of trans Bt gene Zoophobous hybrid cotton).The research resuit indicated that trans Bt gene zoophobous hybrid cotton have no resistance to 4 sucking mouth parts insects.These 4 sucking mouth parts insects amounts in trans Bt zoophobous cotton even higher than it in mormal cotton variety.更多还原
