复合材料结构的干涉配合铆接
Interference-fit Riveting of Composite Structures
【摘要】 干涉配合能提高接头疲劳寿命 ,复合材料结构干涉配合连接的关键在于干涉量的控制。提出采用垫圈限制铆钉钉杆的膨胀 ,采用合适的钉孔间隙减小干涉量 ,并利用电磁铆接钉杆膨胀均匀的特点实现了复合材料结构的干涉配合铆接。
【Abstract】 Interference-fit technology can improve structure joint strength. For composite structures, the key of interference-fit technology is to control interference. Normal riveting can not produce well-distributed interference, so it can not be used to make interference-fit riveting of composites. we point out that electromagnetic riveting can make interference-fit riveting of composites, and that appropriate washer can limit expand of rivet, appropriate gap between rivet and hole can reduce interference. The appropriate configuration of washer and the gaps are presented. The experiments show that electromagnetic riveting technology can achieve interference-fit riveting of composite structures.
