OpenGL在鞋楦三维面形测量中的应用
Application of OpenGL to the Measurement of Shoelast Shape
【摘要】 阐述鞋楦测量、模型显示、利用测量数据采用直接数字定义编程加工之间的关系。并针对鞋楦的表面是由不规则异形曲面所构成的自由曲面体这一特征 ,着重描述了利用OpenGL的三维离散造型技术在一定的精度要求下近似描述鞋楦外轮廓表面。
【Abstract】 A new method was presented in this paper, which can measure the shoelast’ s shape successively. We use a sensor whose shape is just like a plate to measure the shoelast’ s shape by touching with it, and the center of the sensor was saved as the original data. An algorithm was developed to convert the original data into the real data we wanted. The surface of the shoelast character in disengagement curve is made of irregular curves. We programmed to process these discrete points of the shoelast surface according to the precision requirement. Then, OpenGL skill was used to display the model of the shoelast in the computer.
