柔性结构复合振动的向量控制及实验研究
Vector Control of Flexible Structure Compound Vibration and its Realization
【摘要】 针对柔性结构复合振动主动控制问题 ,提出了一种向量控制方法。该方法能将复合振动每一频率成分的幅值与相位分开辨识 ,独立控制 ;在控制作用的同时 ,辨识结构的响应向量值 ,当振动幅值变化时 ,实现跟踪控制。同时 ,对薄壁铝合金筒的复合振动向量控制进行了实验研究 ,实验结果表明 ,该方法具有时域和频域控制方法的优点 ,收敛速度快 ,控制精度高 ,振动抑制比达到 90 %以上。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the method of vector control is presented for active compound vibration control of flexible structures. The amplitude and phase are identified and controlled separately using this method. The response vector is identified when control is exerted. Tracking control is employed when vibration amplitude varies. The experiments of compound vibration vector control have been performed on the cylindrical shell of aluminum alloy. The experiments show that the method takes advantages both of time domain and frequency domain control. The response of control is rapid and the accuracy is high. The suppression ratio is above 90%.
