圆柱—球体多自由度超声电机设计的若干问题
On Design of a Cylinder-Sphere Ultrasonic Motor with Multi-Degree of Freedom
【摘要】 首先介绍了圆柱 球体多自由度超声电机及其工作原理。在此基础上 ,从实现该种电机的运动和提高其输出性能的角度出发 ,提出了电机的设计要求。分析了振动模态、工作频率、工作振幅、压电元件的位置、安装支座的位置、定转子间的预压力、干扰模态对该种电机性能的影响 ,进而阐明了满足电机设计要求所采取的技术途径。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the operational principle of the cylinder-sphere ultrasonic motor with multi-degree of freedom is presented. Some critical criterion for the motor design are outlined so as to realize its proper motion and improve its work properties. The effect of some factors on the operational properties is analyzed, these factors include mode of vibration, operating frequency, excitation amplitude, location of piezoelectric ceramic, location of support plate, pre-pressure between the stator and the rotor, interfering modes, etc. The methods for satisfying the design requirements are suggested.
