转子特性参数估计和实验研究
Estimation and Experimental Research of Critical Speed and Damping Ratio of a Rotor
【摘要】 建立了升速过程多点预估临界转速和阻尼比的最小二乘优化方法 ,减弱了测量误差和噪声的影响而且计及了支承刚度的各向异性。利用转子升速至 80 %~ 90 %临界转速之前的数据就可估计出转子的临界转速、阻尼比和不平衡响应。现场实验数据验证结果表明 ,本文建立的方法是有效的。
【Abstract】 This paperimproves the method for estimating critical speed and damping ratio of a rotorandestablishes least-squares minimization procedureto carry out the estimation. A number of data in the frequency response of the rotor are involved in the minimization procedure sequentially,by which the influence of measured errors and noise are weakened. In this way,the critical speed and damping ratiocan beestimated more accurately with the vibration data measured during the run-up of the rotor under 80 percent or 90 percent of the critical speed. Experimental results show that this method is effective.
