【Abstract】 In order to reduce the cost , this article introduce a simple and easy logic tester based on a MCS-51microprocessor and a general oscilloscope. 16 classes threshold voltages of the input signals are generated by using a D/A converter, the input signals collected, disposed and saved by microprocessor, and the result is sent to display on a general oscilloscope through a D/A converter.更多还原
