基于虚拟仪器的新型粗糙度测量系统的开发
Development of New Measuring System of Surface Roughness Based on Virtual Instruments
【摘要】 利用轮廓仪与LabVIEW可视化的虚拟仪器系统开发平台相结合,本文开发了新的表面粗糙度测量系统。表面粗糙度评定参数的数学定义与功能模块程序相关分析,虚拟仪器的软件开发,实现了粗糙度多参数测量与评定。
【Abstract】 The profile instrument is united with the LabVIEW which is a visual virtual instruments system develop platform in order to develop a new test system of roughness. This article introduces the mathematic definition of parameter using to assess roughness and the analysis of function module of program. Through the development of software of virtual instrument, the test and evaluation of multi-parameter to roughness can be realized.
