涡电流传感器在周向振动钻床运动参数测试中的应用
Application of Eddy Current Sensor for Measuring Unload Motion Parameter in Drilling Machine with Peripheral Vibration
【摘要】 本文介绍了涡电流传感器在周向振动钻床主轴运动参数测试中的应用,找出了主轴运动参数与控制部件——变频器输出参数之间的关系,现场实验表明,使用本文所选用的传感器和所找出的关系进行周向振动钻床主轴运动参数的调整,结果可靠,简便易行,用调整后的参数指导孔加工,可有效的改善加工性能,提高孔加工质量。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the application of eddy current sensor in measuring the spindle kinematic parameter of drilling machine with peripheral vibration and founds the relationship between spindle kinematic parameters and the controlled part. Experiments show that it is reliable the results of using the choiced sensor and the relationship being found in this paper to adjust spindle kinematic parameter of drilling machine and that the method is convenient operation. Machining bores using the adjusted parameters can improve machining performance and quality.
