活塞环成型轧辊的失效分析及电刷镀表面强化工艺的研究
Failure Mechanism of the Roller for Piston Ring and its Strengthen by Electro-brush-plating
【摘要】 本文分析了活塞环成型轧辊的失效机制,在不同刷镀工艺参数下制备了Ni-P合金非晶电刷镀镀层,研究了工艺参数对镀层沉积速率、镀层组织与性能的影响,最佳工艺条件下镀层的耐磨性以及热处理后镀层性能的变化等,结果表明,在电刷电压为12V,阳极运动速度为10m/min条件下,镀层可获得最佳的组织与性能,Ni-P非晶电刷镀层经热处理后由于Ni3P的析出,使镀层硬度提高,从而提高了镀层的耐磨性。实际应用表明,经电刷镀后轧辊的使用寿命是原来的2倍。
【Abstract】 The failure mechanism of roller for piston ring was analysed .The Ni-P amorphous coatings were prepared by electro brush-plating with different technology paremeters. And how the technology parameters affect the deposition rate , the microstructure and properties of the coating was studied. The wear resistance of the coating prepared in the best condition and the varietyof the coating properties after heat treatment were researched, too. The results showed that the coating film could gain the best microstructure and properties in the condition that the brush voltage was 12v and the anticathode rate was 10m/min. After heat treatment, the film hardness increased because Ni3P was separated out , so the wear resistance of the film improved.Application results indicated that the service life of the roller is 2 times longer than that of ones without brush-plating.
