【Abstract】 Benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one-2-butyl-1,1-dioxide(THIAZONE) is a new skin penetration enhancer, the structure and physical properties of THIAZONE are introduced. Through the tests of penetration enhancing behaviors to berberine, ciclopirox olamino,cypermethrin, the results are proved that penetration enhancing effect of THIAZONE is higher than AZONE, about 2 99 times better than that of AZONE. Meanwhile, the results of medication examination and penetration enhancing mechanism for THIAZONE are narrated briefly. Finally, the wide application of THIAZONE in pharmaceutic industry, cosmetic and health care industry, agriculture and forestry industry, plant protection and other industries are introduced in detail.更多还原
