环氧化物开环聚合催化体系的研究进展
Research Progress on the Catalyst for Ring-opening Polymerization of Epoxides
【摘要】 制备高质量的环氧化聚合物的关键是采用合适的催化剂。在我国 ,对环氧化物聚合催化剂的研究还处于研制开发阶段 ,本文提到的聚合方法各有其局限性 ,阳离子聚合能制造出许多有商业价值的高分子材料 ,但副反应多 ,分子量不易控制 ,一直未能实现工业化。阴离子聚合过程中往往存在转移反应 ,会生成低分子量齐聚物。配位聚合虽然在一定程度上可以实现聚合产物的立体结构调控 ,但反应机理复杂、反应过程难以控制、催化剂价格昂贵 ,目前还不能实现工业化。因此 ,尽快研究开发出一系列合适催化剂用来合成高质量的环氧化聚合物 ,必将带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
【Abstract】 Using appropriate catalyst is the key to preparing high quality epoxides. In China, the research on catalyst for polymerization of epoxides is at the elementary stage. There are many limitations on the methods of polymerization cited in this paper, i.e. cationic polymerization exhibits some shortages such as side reactions, hardly to control molecular weight, so it is failed to realize commercialization yet though many polymeric materials are made using it. In the course of anionic polymerization, there are a few transfer reactions and oligomer formation. Although the spatial structure of the polymers can be dominated in the coordination polymerization, the reaction mechanism is complex and course of reaction is difficult to control. Moreover the price of catalyst is expensive, so the industrialization cann’t come true. Therefore, it would bring tremendous economic performance and benefits for society while a series of new catalysts for synthesizing epoxidized polymer with high quality would be developed.
