【Abstract】 In this paper,the application of two kinds of non-cleaning flux i.e. low-rosin type and rosin free type suitable for electronic products is reviewed. Raw material compositions and relative production techniques of two kinds of non-cleaning flux in industry are summarized. Quality norm and concerned detection methods for non-cleaning flux are introduced. On the basis of that, the cause of the present market competition is found by analyzing marketing information.更多还原
