正辛醇的催化胺化反应的铜基催化剂的研究

【摘要】 以正辛醇直接胺化合成正辛胺的反应为模型,对分子间醇的催化胺化合成脂肪伯胺的反应进行了研究,采用XRD、XPS、BET等对用于此反应的铜基催化剂进行了系列表征,发现活性组分铁的添加能够有效地分散催化剂表面的铜和铬,提高了催化剂的活性和选择性。在最佳反应条件下,正辛醇的转化率接近100%,正辛胺的选择性达85%以上;而且在80h的寿命实验中,正辛胺的选择性保持在75%以上。通过SEM和XPS分析发现,高沸点副产物或焦油的附着和铁元素的流失是催化剂活性下降的主要原因。

【Abstract】 The intermolecular catalytic amination of alcohols to primary amines is studied.The direct amination of n-octanol to n-octylamine is chosen as model.A series of copper based catalysts are characterized by XRD,XPS and SEM.The Cu and Cr on the surface of the catalyst can be highly dispersed by the addition of Fe.Thus,the reaction activity and the selectivity are both improved.The conversion of n-octanol is nearly 100% and the selectivity for n-octylamine is over 85% under the optimum reaction conditions.Moreover,the selectivity for n-octylamine remains over 75% during the 80 hours′service life test.Finally,by SEM and XPS analyses,it is found that deposit of high boiling point byproducts or tar and loss of Fe are the main reasons for the catalyst deactivation.
