间接电氧化异黄樟油素合成洋茉莉醛

【摘要】 提出了合成洋茉莉醛的新方法———间接电氧化法。对用重铬酸钠氧化异黄樟油素得到洋茉莉醛的过程中产生的含Cr3+废液转化为含Cr6+的工艺条件进行了研究,Cr3+循环利用。实验表明,使用Nafion离子交换膜,硫酸的质量分数为5%,PbO2/Pb为阳极,Ti为阴极,极间距为1 6cm,电流密度为625A/m2,电流效率可达70 41%,Cr3+的转化率为70%左右。

【Abstract】 A new synthesis method of heliotropin,indirect eletrooxidation of isosafrole,was studied.The technoligical conditions for chromium(Ⅲ) ion produced from oxidation of isosafrole with bichrome to be converted into chromium(Ⅵ) ion were investigated.The results indicated that when cation-exchange membrane was used with PbO2/Pb or PbO2/Ti as anode and Ti as cathode,the distance between anode and cathode was 1.6 cm,the mass fraction of sulfuric acid was 5% and current density was 625 A/m2,the current efficiency reached 70.41%.The chromium(Ⅲ) ion converison rate was about 70%.
