【摘要】 自制了聚丙烯酸钠复合坯体增强剂,研究了它对陶瓷坯体强度和地砖生产成品率的影响。复合坯体增强剂在质量分数为0 2%～0 4%时,对陶瓷坯体增强作用最大。当复合增强剂4号质量分数为0 2%时,陶瓷坯体强度增强率达到215 38%,而聚丙烯酸钠质量分数为0 6%时,增强率只有151 64%。自制增强剂的增强作用使地砖生产的成品率从67 70%提高到90%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compound ceramic body reinforcing agent with sodium polyacrylate was prepared and its effects on the strength of ceramics body and rate of finished product of floor tiles were studied. When the mass fraction of the compound reinforcing agent ranges from 0 .2%～0 .4%,the dry strength increase rate of ceramics body is the highest.When the mass fraction of compound reinforcing agent No.4 is 0 .2%,the strength increasing rate of ceramics body is 215 .38%,while it is only 151 .64% when the mass fraction of sodium polyacrylate is 0 .6%.The homemade compound ceramics body reinforcing agent improved the rate of finished product of floor tile production from 67 .79% to over 90%.更多还原
