【Abstract】 Monoalkoxysubstituted phenylpiperazine hydrochlorides are important intermediates of substituted phenylpiperazine drugs.The starting material diethanolamine was halogenated to give β,β~1-dihalogenated diethylamine hydrochloride,which then reacted separately with five monoalkoxysubstituted anilines to afford the corresponding monoalkoxysubstituted phenylpiperazine hydrochlorides.The synthesized compounds were identified by ~1HNMR,IR and MS.The results are consistent with the proposed structures.更多还原
