反应性氨基聚硅氧烷RASI织物柔软剂的制备
Preparation of Reactive Aminopolysiloxane Fabric Softener
【摘要】 以α,ω 二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(WS—62M)和N β 氨乙基 γ 氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(SG-Si900)为原料,三乙胺为催化剂,通过酯交换反应,合成了适用于织物柔软剂的反应性氨基聚硅氧烷(氨值为0 456,25℃时黏度为2400mPa·s,外观为无色透明黏稠液体)。确定了最佳合成条件:n(WS—62M)/n(SG-Si900)=1 33,催化剂质量分数为1 55%(相对于WS-62M与SG-Si900的总质量),反应温度120℃,反应时间10h。在0 01MPa条件下抽真空0 5~1h。
【Abstract】 Using α,ω - dihydroxydimethylpolysiloxane(WS-62M) and N-β -aminoethyl- γ -aminopropyl-trimethoxysilane(SG-Si 900)as starting materials and triethylamine as catalyst,by ester interchange reaction,reactive aminopolysiloxane was synthesized suitable for fabric softener(a colorless transparent thick fluid with amine equivalence of 0.456 and viscosity of 2400 mPa·s at 25 ℃).The optimum reaction conditions were n (WS-62M)/ n (SG-Si 900)=1.33,1.55% amine (based on the total mass of WS-62M and SG-Si 900),reaction temperature 120 ℃,reaction time 10 h and vacuum time 0.5~1 h under a pressure of 0.01 MPa.
