4种微生物絮凝剂特性的研究

【摘要】 由絮凝剂产生菌HHE-P7、HHE-A8、HHE-P21、HHE-A26的分泌物分别制得的4种微生物絮凝剂MBF7、MBF8、MBF21、MBF26主要是微生物产生的胞外物质;在pH=7 5~10 0,4种微生物絮凝剂对高岭土悬浮液的絮凝率在91 0%~98 3%;它们的热稳定性非常好,在30~100℃的实验温度下,絮凝率都保持在90 0%以上;金属离子水溶液有助于它们的絮凝作用,其中CaCl2水溶液具有最佳的助凝作用,相对絮凝率达到51 2%~59 7%;它们的ζ电位为-4 71~0mV,都在中性范围或接近中性;它们对建材废水、餐厅废水、市政废水、淀粉废水的絮凝率都在90 0%以上。

【Abstract】 Four bioflocculants,i.e. MBF7,MBF8,MBF21 and MBF26,produced by bioflocculant-producing strains HHE-P7,HHE-A8,HHE-P21 and HHE-A26 respectively,were mainly exobacteria substances.The flocculating rates of the four bioflocculants were 91.0%~98.3% at pH value of 7.5~10.0.The bioflocculants were thermostable and the flocculating rates were constantly over 90.0% at 30~100 ℃.Solution of metal ions favored the flocculating function,among which CaCl2 solution demonstrated the best effect and increased the relative flocculating rate by 51.2%~59.7%.The ζ electric potentials of the bioflocculants were -4.71~0 mV.The flocculating rates of bioflocculants in building-material wastewater,restaurant wastewater,starch wastewater and municipal wastewater were all above 90.0%.
