Fe-TiO2光催化涂层材料的制备及在可见光下清除甲醛的性能表征
Preparation of Fe-TiO2 Photocatalytic Coating Material and Characterization of Its Performance of Formaldehyde Degradation Under Visible Irradiation
【摘要】 用Fe3+的丙酮溶液对商品锐钛型TiO2光催化剂PC-500进行浸渍改性,制得Fe-TiO2光催化剂。将该光催化剂作为功能性组分加入到耐光催化氧化的硅酸钾无机涂料体系中,得到了一种光催化功能性建筑涂料。使用自行设计的间歇式气-固相反应器,测定了该功能性涂料在可见光下对甲醛的降解性能。实验表明,该涂料最初3h内对甲醛的平均降解速率达到20 3mg/(m2·h);参加过反应的涂料在洁净空气中再生24h后对甲醛的降解性能几乎没有变化;在人工加速老化仪中老化480h后,该涂料3h内对甲醛的平均降解速率仍能达到16 2mg/(m2·h)。
【Abstract】 Fe-TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by the method of dipping commercial anatase TiO2 photocatalyst PC-500 in the acetone solution of Fe3+.By adding the Fe-TiO2 photocatalyst into an oxidation-resistant potassium silicate paint system,a photocatalytic functional coating was obtained.In a self-designed gas-solid phase intermittent photocatalysis reactor,the performance of formaldehyde degradation of the photocatalytic coating under visible irradiation was tested.Experimental results indicated that the coating can degrade formaldehyde at the average rate of 20.3 mg/(m2·h) in the first 3 hours.A similar degradation rate for formaldehyde can be attained if the coating is refreshed for 24 h in clean air.After artificially accelerated weathering for 480 h,the coating still had an average degradation rate of 16.2 mg/(m2·h) in 3 hours for formaldehyde degradation.
