一种卷绕式铅酸蓄电池卷绕工艺设备的研制

【摘要】 介绍了一种生产卷绕式铅酸蓄电池的新型卷绕工艺设备。该设备能够保证卷绕工艺中的两个基本动作—芯轴转动和压轮滑动的协调运动,并能实现防止卷绕时极板的走偏和对卷绕张力进行控制。该设备结构紧凑、造价低,是卷绕式铅酸蓄电池卷绕工艺的实用设备。

【Abstract】 A new kind of spirally wound process equipment of spirally wound lead-acid batteries is introduced. During spirally wound process, the equipment assures two basic actions: central mandrel rolling and press wheel slipping to harmonize. Also, the equipment achieves to prevent plate from deviating and to control spirally wound tension force. Compact configuration and lower price are two advantages of the equipment. Thus, the equipment introduced in this paper is new utility equipment during spirally wound process of spirally wound lead-acid batteries.
